Groupe Bernard Tapie’s lawyer Behnam Dayanim made a statement to PokerStrategy.com that the parties involved have mutually decided to extend the previous deadline and that positive progress had been made with the Full Tilt takeover deal.

The Feds had undercover agents create Bodog accounts, deposit and cashout from Maryland, USA. Tip offs from an employee gave Feds further insight on how the business operated and who the directors of the company were.
Calvin Ayre and three other Canadians were also indicted James Philip, David Ferguson and Derrick Maloney.

The World Series of Poker Africa 2012 will be running from 21 – 26 February at the Emerald Resort & Casino in Johannesburg, South Africa and will be hosted by Scotty ‘The Prince’ Nguyen.
Scotty Nguyen will be visiting South Africa for his first time and appeared excited in a recent interview with Sport24.co.za where he was quoted saying “You know, the Prince has been all over the world baby! Australia, Asia, Europe, but this is my first time going to South Africa and I’m excited to come and share this great game we love with the players.
“(I’m looking forward to) getting to know them and having a good time – just make sure the people at the Emerald protect me from any lions and I promise you we’ll have a lot of fun baby!”
The 2012 WSOP Africa will consist of 6 ring events including the $3,300 buy-in main event, which will begin on the 24th February. A charity event and a ladies tournament will also be held but no rings will be awarded for those events, the ladies event will offer a WSOP Circuit ladies pendant instead.
The inaugural 2011 WSOP Africa saw 188 entrants in the main event which was won by Warren Zackey ($222,477).
