The 2017 WSOP Main Event final table has been reached and the last remaining nine players will return this weekend to determine the winner.

The final table features two players who have already had Main Event final appearances: Ben Lamb & Antoine Saout.

From the original starting field of 7,221 there are just nine players returning for the 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event final table on Thursday. They will play down to the final six positions and on Friday they’ll play down till three remain.

This Saturday the final three remaining players will play until the champion is awarded the bracelet and over eight million for first place prize.

The 2017 World Series of Poker featured seventy-four bracelet events in the series of live poker tournaments at the Rio Hotel and Casino.

The 2017 WSOP Main Event runs from July 8-22 and plays down to the winner, there is no three month delay for the November Nine this year.

Doug Polk wins 3rd WSOP bracelet in the $111,111 One Drop High Roller event at the 2017 World Series of Poker.

Polk admits to making the mistake of being staked in the tournament with only 43% of his winnings earned of the total first place prize of $3,686,865.

The field of 103 players was tough with Polk verse Elky heads-up for the bracelet and a sidebet of a hairstyle change for the loser of the heads-up match.

The outspoken poker video blogger has uploaded a few videos of his progress to the final table including an interview and poker hand analysis with Bertrand Grospellier verses Phil Hellmuth.

The 2017 World Series of Poker Las Vegas kicks off today May 30, with the first bracelet event being the $565 Casino Employees event. Also taking place today is the $10,000 buy-in Tag Team Championship tournament.
