David Baker released the information on his twitter profile stating that the person behind the NoelHayes account is Hastings and that everyone knew including a Team PokerStars player. This was shortly after the NoelHayes account made the final table of the recent SCOOP series.

Apparently Brian Hastings has been multi-accounting on PokerStars and VPNing to play within the USA. Brian Hastings PokerStars screen name is Stinger88 prior to Black Friday but has since be accused of playing under the screen name NoelHayes.
