The USA poker site, Lock Poker decided to take action when Merge Gaming canceled their LockOps tournament series in April.
Lock Poker will be acquiring assets from the Cake Poker Network, to start out their new Revolution Gaming Network, which may turn out to be the best online poker site for US players. Even when Lock Poker were on Merge Gaming Network they ran their own independent cashier which offered players faster cashouts than most USA poker rooms including Merge Gaming sites.
Both poker rooms are the flagships sites on their poker networks, CakePoker on the Cake Poker Network and CarbonPoker on the Merge Gaming Network.
While neither of the two sites can be compared to PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker, but they are still great alternative poker rooms where the recreational poker players can still play poker online for real money.
Victory Poker are yet another victim of Black Friday, VictoryPoker stopped serving the US market, although the decision was made by Fleyshman despite the fact the Cake Poker Network continues to allow USA Poker players to play poker online.
Victory Poker was a new emerging online poker room which showed great potential within the first year of it’s conception, with a long list of poker pros endorsing the brand which included Antonio Esfandiari, Andrew Robl and Sara Underwood.
The online poker room was endorsed by Doyle Brunson who is World Renowned as The Godfather of Poker, Doyle Brunson also known as Texas Dolly stepped down as the Doyles Room representative just a week before the FBI seized the domain name.
While so many rumors have been circulating throughout the years that Doyle Brunson is dead, it certainly seems that in this case DoylesRoom is Dead. R.I.P
