10 for 1010 for 10 is a documentary about Swedish poker pro Martin Jacobson and his victory in the 2014 WSOP Main Event. The trailer has been released and features a behind the scenes look at his poker career.

In 2008 Jacobson had an opportunity to try make it as a poker pro after winning an online satellite tournament to the 2008 WSOP Main Event which he busted out on the third hand. This was his first big live tournament that he played and it didn’t end well for him.

Martin continued to play online satellites to live poker tournament and qualified for several other events including: EPT London and EPT Budapest where he made his first cash in a live event finishing in 3rd place.

His success in live events eventually amounted to more than $5 million in just six years of playing poker with 55 cashes and 27 final tables appearances.

2014 wsop main event championThe 2014 WSOP Main Event Champion has been crowned, Martin Jacobson Swedish poker pro celebrates his victory today as he is presented with a WSOP bracelet and $10 million for first place prize.

Jacobson was dominating the field of players as a chip leader from the first day of the World Series of Poker Main Event. He was the 2nd shortest stack when players returned for the final table on November 10th.

Although Jorryt Van Hoof was the chip leader for most of the 2014 WSOP Main Event final table, he was the first of the final three players to get sent to the rail.

Martin Jacobson was up against Felix Stephensen in an hour long heads-up battle in which he managed to beat his Norwegian opponent.

2014 WSOP Main Event Final Table

888poker signed JC Tran shortly after making the final table of the 2013 WSOP Main Event as the November Nine Chipleader.

The decision was probably mutual beneficial as J.C. Tran is not able to represent 888poker online as poker pro with online poker not legally available in Sacramento, California.

This year 888poker have sponsored Bruno Foster as their November Nine representative at the 2014 WSOP Main Event Final Table. If Foster wins the Main Event it will be the first time a Brazilian player has captured the title.
