Cliff Josephy has been eliminated in third place on hand 182 earning $3,453,035, leaving Qui Nguyen and Gordon Vayo heads-up. Nguyen still maintains the chip leader position after Vayo was the leader at the start of the heads-up battle.
There is Eight million dollars guaranteed for first place prize for the 2016 WSOP Main Event winner who is Qui Nguyen.
The first day of the final table saw Qui Nguyen take the chip lead of more than double the stack of the original chipleader Cliff Josephy.

The remaining five players will be back on Monday and play will continue until just three players remain. The Main Event champion will be crowned on Tuesday November 1, 2016.

They’ll be playing for eight million dollars and a prestigious WSOP bracelet for first place prize and at least a million guaranteed for every November Nine player.
The WSOP 2016 Main Event champion will get an $8 million first place prize and bracelet all other positions on the final table are guaranteed at least a million dollars.
The final table consists of players from the following countries: USA, Belgium, Canadian, Czech Republic and Spain. The November Nine 2016 are: Cliff Josephy, Qui Nguyen, Gordon Vayo, Kenny Hallaert, Michael Ruane, Vojtech Ruzicka, Griffin Benger, Jerry Wong and Fernando Pons.

After the conclusion of the three starting flights Day 1A-C there was a total of 6,737 registered players generating a prize pool of over $63 million. First place cash prize will be more than $8 million including a championship bracelet.
