Pokerstars SCOOP 2012 ScheduleThe Pokerstars 2012 SCOOP preliminary schedule has been released it consists of 38 events for a total of 114 Tournaments and will be held starting on Sunday 6 May 2012 and will conclude on Sunday 20 May 2012.

The SCOOP (Spring Championship of Online Poker) is a yearly event held by Pokerstars that attracts players from varying bankroll limits as they run each event in Low, Medium and High buy-ins.

As example Event #38 is the main event for the Pokerstars SCOOP 2012 it starts at 14:30 ET on Sunday, May 20th 2012 and players can buy-in for Low $82, Medium $700 or High $7500 versions of the tournament, the same is true for all the events in that the same event number starts at the same time and only the buy-in amount varies meaning each event will have three final winners based on buy in amount.

The SCOOP is one of the major events held throughout the tear at PokerStars and always attracts large player fields, last year’s SCOOP awarded $43,165,800 in prize money with the 2011 SCOOP Main Event (High) winner ‘Lrslzk’ Sami Kelopuro getting paid $505,000 for his efforts after a five way deal was reached at the final table.
