2015 WSOP Main Event Day 2 ABC

Updates from 2015 WSOP Main Event Day 2 ABC, all the players will now be combined from this point.

Play was spread across two days which were Day 2AB on Wednesday July 8 and Day 2C on Thursday July 9.

At this point the overall chipleader is Amar Anand bagging a chip stack of just over 600K at the end of Day 2AB.

The day concluded with 1824 remaining who will return on Friday July 10 for Day 3, by the fourth level of play the bubble will burst and the top 1000 players will finish in-the money.

On Wednesday July 8, the 470 remaining players from 2015 WSOP Main Event Day 1A battled it out in the Amazon Room. The remaining 1,154 players from 2015 WSOP Main Event Day 1B continued play on Day 2AB in the Pavilion and Brasilia Rooms at the Rio Casino in Las Vegas.

At the end of the Day there were just about 650 surviving players from the initial field of 1,624 players.

On Thursday July 9, the remaining 2,765 players from 2015 WSOP Main Event Day 1C, played for five levels. At the end of Day 2C there were about 1770 players that will advance to Day 3.

Day 3 starts at midday on Friday July 10, with 1,824 players combined as a unified field. The money bubble will burst by about the fourth level of play when there are just 1,000 players remaining. From this point the money positions will start paying out a minimum of $15,000
