2015 World Series of Poker Main Event Day 62015 World Series of Poker Main Event Day 6 has come to an end with just 27 players remaining including Daniel Negreanu who is in 9th place.

There is only one day left of the Main Event, on Tuesday July 15 play will continue until only the November Nine players remain.

Chipleader for Day 6 is Thomas Kearney who will try to maintain his leading starting off with the most chips going into Day 7.

At this point all the players have their eyes on the first place prize which is $7,680,021 and 2015 WSOP bracelet and title.

The official trailer for the KidPoker documentary has been released by PokerStars Original Films.

KidPoker Daniel Negreanu is the highest-earning tournament player of all time with six WSOP bracelets and two WPT titles.

KidPoker became a member of the WSOP Poker Hall of Fame in 2014 and has been a Team PokerStars Pro since 2007.

poker hall of fame 2014The Poker Hall of Fame 2014 Nominees have been announced, the list of 10 finalists who will be selected for the 2014 PHOF.

The list includes: Daniel Negreanu, Chris Bjorin, Humberto Brenes, Jennifer Harman, Mike Matusow, Huck Seed, Bruno Fitoussi, Bob Hooks, Ted Forrest and Jack McClelland.

Nominees were selected through public nomination and the PHOF Governing Council will select up to two finalists to be inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame 2014.

Inductees will be announced just before the final table of the 2014 World Series Main Event on the November 10th.

2014 World Series of Poker Main Event Day 2The 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event Day 2 a/b/c have been completed with the surviving 1,864 players going through to Day 3.

The current chipleader is none other than the legendary Phil Ivey who has been dominating since 2014 WSOP Main Event Day 1 c where he finished the day in 2nd place.

Players from Day 2 a/b will be combined with the remaining players Day 2c for more action on Day 3 of the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event.

Some big names have already been eliminated at this stage and have lost the opportunity to win the dream prize of $10 million guaranteed for first place prize.

2014 wsop main event day 1The 2014 WSOP Main Event Day 1 a/b/c have been completed giving us a final amount of 6,683 registered players and total prize pool of $62,820,200.

Some records were broken for attendance with Day 1c being the largest starting field in history of the WSOP Main Event with 3,768 players registering on the last day.

More than half of the playing field has been eliminated at this point with about 3,300 players going through to Day 2.
