2017 WSOP Main Event Day 1 ABC has been completed, with all three starting flights done and dusted we now have some stats of the playing field size and prize pool.
A total of 7,221 players registered for the 2017 World Series of Poker Main Event generating a prize pool of $67,877,400 with $8,150,000 for first place. The final table players will all be guaranteed at least a million for a final table appearance.
At the end of Day 1 ABC there are 4,262 players who will be going through to Day 2 A&B on Tuesday and Wednesday.
