Joe Cada wins 2nd WSOP Bracelet2009 WSOP Main Event winner, Joe Cada wins 2nd WSOP Bracelet at the 2014 World Series of Poker in Event 32. Cada adds an extra $607,041 to his WSOP earnings which is close to a total of $10 million.

The Final Table of the six handed tournament featured some strong competition with JC Tran and Erick Lindgren also playing for the gold bracelet.

Joe Cada is the latest member of the Multi-WSOP Bracelet winners club which is quite a feat for the 26 year old PokerStars Pro. It’s been five years since Cada won the Main Event title at the age of just 21.

wsop 2014The 45th annual WSOP 2014 dates have been announced and is scheduled to run from 27 May until 14 July, 2014.

The World Series of Poker will return to the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino with more than 60 WSOP bracelet events in the series.

Dates for the 2014 WSOP Main Event have been set from 5-14 July, and will take a break when the final 9 players remain.

With the recent developments in the regulation of online poker in Nevada & New Jersey, players will now be legally able to qualify for their seats to WSOP events in 2014.

The official WSOP online poker software will offer WSOP satellites to players who reside in these American states.

wsop 2012 main eventThe WSOP 2012 Main Event had total of 6,598 players registered for the 43rd Annual World Series of Poker 2012 Main Event. The total prize pool adds up to a little less than last years event at $62,021,200, with a first place prize of $8,527,982.

Notable players who have survived their first day include: Eric Baldwin, Vanessa Selbst, Shaun Deeb, Daniel Negreanu, Joe Cada, Johnny Chan, Doyle Brunson, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Ivey and Brian Hastings.

Some notable poker pros that have already been eliminated so far include: Phil Hellmuth, Joe Hachem, Tom Dwan, Chip Jett, Bertrand Grospellier, Greg Raymer, Justin Smith, Chino Rheem, Andrew Robl, Lex Veldhuis, Jonathan Duhamel and Chris Moneymaker.

2012 wsop liveThe 2012 World Series of Poker final tables will all be streamed live on the Internet, with a five minute delay. This is great for poker, because all 60 WSOP bracelet events, final table players and bracelet winners will get the exposure they deserve.

Poker fans can watch the 2012 WSOP live, footage will be available when the tournament reaches the final table.

Other changes to the 2012 WSOP include a more relaxed rule on table chatter and player celebration. Players are now allowed to speak freely or celebrate when winning a hand, within reason, as long as it doesn’t disrupt the tournament or reveal important information to players still involved in a hand.
