2014 wsop big one for one drop23 players have confirmed their seats for the million dollar buy-in 2014 WSOP Big One for One Drop tournament.

Amongst the registered players there are twelve poker pros which includes: Antonio Esfandiari, Sam Trickett, Phil Ivey, Erik Seidel, Phil Galfond, Jason Mercier, Brian Rast, Noah Schwartz, Bobby Baldwin and Andrew Robl.

Half of the seats are already confirmed as the event is limited to the first 56 players cap limit. This will be the second time the event has featured on the World Series of Poker schedule with the first taking place in 2012.

Antonio Esfandiari won the 2012 WSOP Big One for One Drop winning more than $18 million which instantly positioned him in first place on the Poker All Time Money List.

The 2014 WSOP Main Event features $10 Million for first place prize adding great value to the most popular live poker tournament in history.

Antonio Esfandiari is now in top position for all-time tournament winnings his live tournament winnings total more than $22,800,000. Esfandiari tweeted “This prize is MINE.” and posted a picture of the first place prize money.

Esfandiari now sits in first place on the poker all time money list as the most profitable poker player of all time, Phil Hellmuth also achieved his biggest cash of more than $2.6 million for his 4th place finish.

Phil Ivey was eliminated in 3rd place leaving Joe Cassidy vs Scotty Nguyen heads-up at the end of Day 3.

Ivey missed his 9th bracelet again after being denied victory earlier this week when he was heads-up with Andy Frankenberger in Event 17: Pot-Limit Hold’em. Phil Ivey is on fire at the 2012 World Series of Poker after boycotting the series in 2011 after Black Friday/Full Tilt Poker where players funds were seized.

The Tiger Woods of Poker misses another opportunity to add a non-holdem bracelet to his collection, but he currently leads the 2012 WSOP player of the year leaderboard in points.

Phil Ivey would have increased his WSOP bracelet earnings lead to 4th place sharing the position with Johnny Moss.
