Despite no recent news on the subject of when Full Tilt Poker will reopen or when Pocket Kings Ltd intend on paying out the millions that are owed to their former loyal customers, there is some pretty good news in that Full Tilt Poker (Pocket Kings Ltd) is hiring again, they are currently looking to recruit multilingual service reps, service supervisors and service team leaders.

Cake Poker have set up a step satellites tournament for entry into the WSOP 2012 main event the steps are set begin on the 5th April 2012 where entry into step 1 is $0.30 with the first final worth $10,000 being scheduled for 15th April 2012.

Cake Poker remains one of only a handful of poker sites where Americans are still allowed to play for real money.

Other interesting facts about Cake poker’s WSOP satellite qualifiers are that winners will be responsible for their own WSOP registration, accommodation and travel arrangements while in Las Vegas and that should the prize pool for the $10K Main Event Final tournament not reach $10,000, no $10K prize will be awarded and the prize pool will be paid out to the Players finishing in the top three places of the tournament.

The Pokerstars 2012 SCOOP preliminary schedule has been released it consists of 38 events for a total of 114 Tournaments and will be held starting on Sunday 6 May 2012 and will conclude on Sunday 20 May 2012.

The SCOOP (Spring Championship of Online Poker) is a yearly event held by Pokerstars that attracts players from varying bankroll limits as they run each event in Low, Medium and High buy-ins.

As example Event #38 is the main event for the Pokerstars SCOOP 2012 it starts at 14:30 ET on Sunday, May 20^th 2012 and players can buy-in for Low $82, Medium $700 or High $7500 versions of the tournament, the same is true for all the events in that the same event number starts at the same time and only the buy-in amount varies meaning each event will have three final winners based on buy in amount.

The SCOOP is one of the major events held throughout the tear at PokerStars and always attracts large player fields, last year’s SCOOP awarded $43,165,800 in prize money with the 2011 SCOOP Main Event (High) winner ‘Lrslzk’ Sami Kelopuro getting paid $505,000 for his efforts after a five way deal was reached at the final table.
